To authorize the continuation of the disaster relief program for livestock producers conducted by the Secretary of Agriculture under section 813 of the Agriculture Act of 1970.
Emergency Livestock Disaster Relief Act of 1998 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to temporarily use Commodity Credit Corporation funds to provide disaster relief to livestock producers in the same manner as previously provided under the Agricultural Act of 1970.
