To provide for a land exchange involving the El Portal Administrative Site of the Department of the Interior in the State of California.
El Portal Administrative Site Land Exchange Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to exchange a specified parcel of land administered as part of the El Portal Administrative Site in California for specified non-Federal lands located adjacent to such site and known as the Yosemite View parcel.
