To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for more equitable policies relating to overtime pay for Federal employees.
Federal Employees Overtime Pay Act of 1998 - Increases the limitation on the rate for overtime pay for Federal employees to 150 percent of the minimum hourly rate of pay for GS-15 (currently, GS-10).
