Clear Creek Distribution System Conveyance Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to convey title to the Clear Creek Distribution System, California, to the Clear Creek Community Services District under the terms and conditions of a specified agreement between the United States and such District.
Deauthorizes the Distribution System as a Federal reclamation project facility on the date of such conveyance.
