To provide for the sale of certain public lands in the Ivanpah Valley, Nevada, to the Clark County Department of Aviation.
Ivanpah Valley Airport Public Lands Transfer Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Clark County, Nevada, Department of Aviation certain real property in Ivanpah Valley, Nevada, for the development of an airport facility and infrastructure. Requires conveyance of small parcels over 20 years as may be required for phased construction and development.
Withdraws the conveyed lands from mineral entry under the Mining Law of 1872 and the Mineral Leasing Act.
