To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit a political committee from reimbursing a candidate for election for Federal office for amounts provided to the committee in support of the candidate's campaign.

Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit a political committee from reimbursing a candidate for election for Federal office for any funds provided to the committee by the candidate or the candidate's spouse in support of the candidate's campaign aggregating $10,000 or more.
