To amend the Act entitled "An Act to establish the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island" to reauthorize assistance for historic, recreational, and environmental education projects related to the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor.
Blackstone River Valley Heritage Corridor Technical Corrections Act of 1998 - Extends, through FY 2000, the authorization of appropriations for preservation of structures on or eligible for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places within the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
