To suspend until December 31, 2001, the duty on certain electrical transformers for use in the manufacture of audio systems.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2001, the duty on electrical transformers having a power handling capacity less than 1 kVA for use in the manufacture of audio systems.
