To adjust the immigration status of certain nationals of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Haiti, to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate the special rule relating to termination of the period of continuous physical presence for cancellation of removal, and for other purposes.
Equal Justice for Immigrants Act - Directs the Attorney General to adjust the status to permanent resident, and cancel any removal order, of certain Central American and Haitian aliens.
Amends the Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act to: (1) subject status adjustment determinations to judicial review, including determinations respecting aliens granted temporary protection from deportation; and (2) eliminate the temporary reductions in diversity and other workers' visas.
