Campaign Full Disclosure Act of 1998 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit: (1) any individual from making any contribution which is not accompanied by a written certification that the contribution consists solely of personal funds of the individual; and (2) any candidate for election for Federal office from knowingly accepting any contribution from an individual who does not provide such certification.
