To direct the Capitol Police Board to establish a pay scale and benefit package for members and civilian employees of the United States Capitol Police equivalent to the pay scale and benefit package applicable to members of the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division.

Requires the pay and benefits for members and civilian employees of the Capitol Police to be determined in accordance with a pay scale and benefit package established by the Capitol Police Board and equivalent to the package applicable to members of the Secret Service Uniformed Division.

Makes such package effective only upon approval of the Committee on House Oversight and the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration.
