Provides for the transfer to the United States of specified property (including buildings and associated water rights) located in the Dillon Ranger District of the White River National Forest in Summit County, Colorado, by the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Church of Christ in exchange for payment by the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the U.S. Forest Service, of an amount equal to the sum of the appraised fair market value of the water rights and of the two residential structures constructed by the Church on such property. Requires appraisal costs to be divided equally between the Church and the Forest Service.
Requires as a transfer condition that the permittee bring the property's sewage treatment facilities into compliance with all Federal, State, and local standards.
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make appropriate modifications to the White River National Forest management plan to reflect the enactment of this Act.
