To establish the Tobacco Accountability Board.
Tobacco Accountability Act - Establishes the Tobacco Accountability Board. Requires tobacco manufacturers to submit to the Board within a specified time all documents in their possession relating to: (1) health effects of tobacco use, including addiction; (2) control of nicotine in tobacco products; (3) tobacco product marketing to children; and (4) a specified legal action. Requires the Board to: (1) make such information available to the public within a specified time; and (2) investigate and report annually on all matters relating to the tobacco industry.
Requires tobacco manufacturers to permit a Board-designated representative to attend and participate in their board or executive meetings.
Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require compliance with this Act.
