Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce the duty on a polymer of alkanediols, monocyclic dicaraboxylic acid dimethyl ester, monocyclic monosulfonated dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester monosodium salt and hydroxy alkoxyalkanesulfonic acid sodium salt.
