To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to the penalty for the rape of juveniles in prison.
Juvenile Rape in Prison Protection Act of 1997 - Amends the Federal criminal code to require a sentence of life in prison for any adult who commits aggravated sexual abuse upon a Federal prisoner under 18 years old.
