To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require that information relating to United States policy to establish and encourage an international strategy to reduce violations of the human rights of working children be included in the annual human rights report of the Department of State.

Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require that the annual report to the Congress on the status of human rights in foreign countries slated to receive development assistance include the U.S. policy to establish and encourage an international strategy to reduce worldwide violations of the human rights of working children.
