Directs the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to convey to Stanislaus County, California, specified lands known as the NASA Ames Research Center, Crows Landing Facility.
Prohibits such conveyance from relieving Federal agencies of environmental remediation responsibilities. Subjects any other remediation of contamination within or related to structures or fixtures on such property to negotiation to the extent permitted by law.
Retains NASA's right to use such property for aviation activities without consideration and on mutually acceptable terms.
Requires NASA to relinquish legislative jurisdiction over the conveyed property to California.
