Constitutional Amendment - Congressional Term Limits Amendment - Prohibits a person from serving for more than three terms in the office of U.S. Representative or more than two terms in the office of U.S. Senator. Limits any person who, upon ratification of this amendment, has held or then holds such office to two additional terms as Representative or one additional term as Senator.
