Amends the Omnibus Consolidated Appropriations Act, 1997 (Public Law 104-208) to make corrections with respect to certain amounts and uses of funds for: (1) attorneys appointed to represent jurors in civil actions for the protection of their employment; (2) State unemployment insurance and employment service operations of the Employment and Training Administration; and (3) specified programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
