Expressing the sense of the Congress that a postage stamp should be issued to mark the 85th anniversary of the dedication of the Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct, now known as the Nicholson Viaduct, in Nicholson, Pennsylvania.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee of the U.S. Postal Service should recommend to the Postmaster General that a postage stamp be issued to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the dedication of the Nicholson Viaduct.
