Expresses the sense of the Congress that the United States strongly supports assistance to the Government and the people of Turkmenistan to build pipelines or take other measures (particularly measures involving U.S. businesses) that will lead to the resumption of natural gas exports, thereby leading to the improvement of Turkmenistan's economy and infrastructure, standard of living, and the promotion of democratization and economic and political stability in the region.
