Authorizes the U.S. Luge Association to sponsor a free public clinic on the Capitol Grounds on August 8 and 9, 1998.
Prohibits any person from representing that this resolution constitutes approval or endorsement by the Federal Government of any person, product, or service.
Requires the Architect of the Capitol and the Capitol Police Board to enter into an agreement with the sponsor and such other persons participating in the event that: (1) such persons shall agree to comply with this resolution; (2) specifically prohibits the use of any photograph taken at the event for a commercial purpose; and (3) provides for the imposition of financial penalties if any violations of the agreement occur.
