Urges: (1) the President to declare the Federal land on and around Kneeling Nun Mountain in Grand County, New Mexico, to be a national monument in accordance with the Antiquities Act of 1906; and (2) the Secretary of the Interior, until such time as the President makes such declaration, to protect and preserve the Federal land from private encroachment and environmental damage.
