Urges the President to: (1) launch an initiative to resolve the situation in Cyprus based on parameters and principles set forth in specified resolutions of the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the United Nations Security Council; and (2) continue bimonthly reports to the Congress on the active engagement of the United States in efforts to find a solution to such situation.
