Urges the Secretary of State to pursue as a matter of the highest priority the release of two American prisoners as well as all political and religious prisoners in Vietnam. Requests the Secretary to submit regular reports to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee regarding the status and well-being of the American prisoners. Requests the President to meet with the relatives of the two Americans.
