Requires the Architect of the Capitol to: (1) restore the Portrait Monument (a statue of Lucretia Mott, Susan B. Anthony, and Elizabeth Cady Stanton) to its original state and place it in the rotunda of the Capitol; and (2) make arrangements for the rededication ceremony of such statue in the rotunda and connected procession in cooperation with the 75th Anniversary of Woman Suffrage Task Force.
Authorizes the use of the rotunda on August 26, 1995, for the ceremony.
