A bill to transfer management of the Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma to the State of Oklahoma, and for other purposes.

Transfers the management of Tishomingo National Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma to the Director of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. Requires the transferred lands and waters to: (1) be managed as they were managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; and (2) continue to be a national wildlife refuge. Authorizes appropriations.
