A bill to delineate acceptable drug testing methods, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for drug testing of urine, hair, or blood (current law provides for urine testing) with regard to conditions of probation, supervised release, parole, and residential substance abuse treatment for prisoners.
