A bill to amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to improve the agricultural resources conservation program, and for other purposes.
Agricultural Resources Conservation Act of 1995 - Amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to revise and extend the environmental conservation acreage reserve program, which shall consist of: (1) the conservation reserve program; (2) the wetlands reserve program; and (3) the environmental quality incentives program (authorized by this Act).
Establishes an environmental quality incentives program which shall combine the functions of: (1) the agricultural conservation program; (2) the Great Plains conservation program; (3) the water quality incentives program; and (4) the Colorado River Basin salinity control program.
