A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase the normal retirement age to age 70 by the year 2029 and the early retirement age to age 65 by the year 2017, to provide for additional increases thereafter, and for other puropses.

Amends the Social Security Act to gradually increase the retirement age from 65 to 70 years by 2030, and the early retirement age, by 2017, from: (1) 60 to 63 years with respect to widow's and widower's insurance benefits; and (2) 62 to 65 years with respect to old-age, wife's, or husband's benefits. Limits the reduction in retirement benefits of early retirees to 30 percent and increases the retirement and early retirement ages further beginning in 2030.
