A bill to provide that certain games of chance conducted by a nonprofit organization not be treated as an unrelated business of such organization.

Repeals certain provisions of the Tax Reform Act of 1986 that treat certain games of chance conducted by nonprofit organizations as an unrelated trade or business for purposes of the unrelated business income tax.
