United States Silver Dollar Coin Act of 1995 - Amends Federal currency law to prescribe the color and content of one-dollar silver coins. Mandates that the obverse side of the one-dollar silver coin bear a likeness of President Dwight D. Eisenhower and the reverse side bear a rendering of the Iwo Jima Memorial.
