Idaho National Monument Boundary Revision Act of 1995 - Amends the Arizona-Idaho Conservation Act of 1988 to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified lands for inclusion within the Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument.
Revises the boundaries of Craters of the Moon National Monument, Idaho. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified land and interests in land within such revised boundaries. Authorizes appropriations.
