National Aquaculture Research Center Act of 1995 - Amends Federal law to transfer the fish research and experimentation program from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Agriculture.
Designates the Southeastern Fish Culture Laboratory in Marion, Alabama, as the "Claude Harris National Aquaculture Research Center."
