A bill to provide for administrative procedures to extend Federal recognition to certain Indian groups, and for other purposes.
Indian Federal Recognition Administrative Procedures Act of 1995 - Establishes the Commission on Indian Recognition, which shall determine tribal recognition petitions.
Requires the Commission to publish an annual list of recognized Indian tribes.
Authorizes appropriations for the Commission and the Administration for Native Americans of the Department of Health and Human Services.
