Expresses the policy of the Congress that entrance, tourism, and recreational use fees for the use of Federal lands and facilities not discriminate against any State or region of the country.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to prepare and submit to the Congress a report that: (1) identifies all Federal lands and facilities that provide tourism or recreational use; and (2) analyzes by State and region any fees charged for entrance to or for tourism or recreational use of Federal lands and facilities in a State or region, individually and collectively.
Directs the Secretary to prepare and submit to the Congress recommendations for implementing such policy.
