A bill to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants and contracts to establish domestic violence community response teams and a technical assistance center to address the development and support of such community response teams, and for other purposes.
Domestic Violence Community Response Team Act of 1995 - Prescribes guidelines under which the Secretary of Health and Human Services is authorized to: (1) award grants for community response teams to assist in domestic violence prevention; and (2) award contracts for technical assistance centers.
Authorizes appropriations.
