A bill to provide for the termination of reporting requirements of certain executive reports submitted to the Congress, and for other purposes.
Reporting Requirements Sunset Act of 1995 - Declares that each provision of law requiring submittal to the Congress of any report specified on a certain list prepared by the Clerk of the House of Representatives for the first session of the 103d Congress shall cease to be effective, with respect to that requirement, five years after enactment of this Act. Excepts from this declaration any report required under the Inspector General Act of 1978 or the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990.
Requires the President to include in the first annual budget submitted after enactment of this Act a list of reports he has determined are unnecessary or wasteful.
