Center for American Cultural Heritage Act - Establishes the Center for American Cultural Heritage within the National Museum of American History of the Smithsonian Institution, to be located in new or existing Smithsonian Institution facilities on or near the National Mall in the District of Columbia.
Establishes an Advisory Committee on American Cultural Heritage, whose members are to be appointed by the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution.
Authorizes appropriations.
