A bill to extend contracts between the Bureau of Reclamation and irrigation districts in Kansas and Nebraska, and for other purposes.
Irrigation Project Contract Extension Act of 1996 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to extend for an additional four years each of eight specified water service contracts entered into under the Reclamation Project Act of 1939 and the Flood Control Act of 1944 as irrigation projects in Kansas and Nebraska as part of the Missouri River Basin Project.
