A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to permit Federal firearms
licensees to conduct firearms business with other such licensees at
out-of-State gun shows.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEES TO CONDUCT FIREARMS
BUSINESS WITH OTHER SUCH LICENSEES AT OUT-OF-STATE GUN
SHOWS.
Section 923(j) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by
inserting after the first sentence the following: ``Notwithstanding the
preceding sentence, a licensee may conduct firearms business with
another licensee at such a gun show or event without regard to whether
the gun show or event is located in the State specified on the license
of either licensee.''.
