Title I: Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Historic Preservation Study - Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Historic Preservation Study Act of 1995 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to work with State, local, nonprofit, and private entities to prepare a study of, and report to specified congressional committees on, Revolutionary War sites and War of 1812 sites. Requires the study to address significance, threats, preservation and interpretation alternatives, and land preservation techniques. Prohibits the Secretary from including private property within the report without the owner's consent.
Authorizes appropriations.
Title II: American Battlefield Protection Program - American Battlefield Protection Act of 1995 - Requires the Secretary, acting through the American Battlefield Protection Program and using the established national historic preservation program to the extent practicable, to encourage, support, assist, recognize, and work in partnership with citizens, Federal, State, local, and tribal governments, other public entities, educational institutions, and private nonprofit organizations in identifying, researching, evaluating, developing, managing, interpreting, and protecting historic battlefields and associated sites on a National, State, and local level. Allows the Secretary to use a cooperative agreement, grant, contract, or other generally accepted means of providing financial assistance.
Authorizes appropriations.
