A bill for the relief of certain persons in Clark County, Nevada, who purchased land in good faith reliance on certain private land surveys, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain Federal real property to the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, on condition of reconveyance of such lands to specified landowners who, in reliance on past erroneous surveys of that property, treated it as their own.
