Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) acquire land for wildlife and wetland protection areas through donation or exchange; and (2) acquire land and interest in land for the purpose of exchanging it for non-Federal land in the Kraft and Pickell Slough and Lonetree areas.
