A bill to restrict the closure of Coast Guard small boat stations, and for other purposes.

Prohibits the Secretary of Transportation from closing, consolidating, or reducing to seasonal status any Coast Guard multi-mission small boat station unless he certifies that such action will not result in the degradation of services that would cause an increased threat to life, property, environment, public safety, or national security.
