Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives on the calculation of the Consumer Price Index.

Declares that it is the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) the Bureau of Labor Statistics or an independent panel of experts should review the Consumer Price Index to determine whether there is an upward bias; and (2) if such a bias exists, steps should be taken to eliminate it.
