Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives concerning the current negotiations between the United States and the People's Republic of China on the issue of intellectual property rights protection.

Urges the United State Trade Representative to continue to insist that China take steps to enforce its laws protecting intellectual property rights and to control the piracy of the intellectual property rights of U.S. individuals and businesses.
