To amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit the knowing solicitation, distribution, or acceptance of campaign contributions in the Hall of the House or rooms leading thereto.

Amends rule XXXII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit a Member, officer, or employee of the House, or any other person entitled to admission to the Hall of the House or rooms leading thereto by such rule, from knowingly soliciting, distributing, or accepting any political campaign contribution in the Hall of the House or rooms leading thereto.
