Congressional Travel Accountability Resolution - Amends the Rules of the House of Representatives to add rule LIII that requires: (1) each Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner in the House to submit to the Clerk biannually an itemized report detailing all covered Federal travel by the Member (as a Member) and the costs associated with such travel; and (2) the Clerk to submit the information for publication in the Congressional Record.
Defines "covered Federal travel" as any travel paid from Federal funds, with the exception of travel by the Member: (1) between the Member's district and the Washington metropolitan area; (2) within the Member's district; or (3) within the Washington metropolitan area.
