Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2606 with 1 hour of general debate. The previous question shall be considered as ordered on the bill and any amendment thereto without intervening motion except: (1) one hour of debate on the bill, (2) one motion to amend by the Minority Leader or his designee, (3) one motion to recommit, which may include instructions only if offered by the Minority Leader or his designee. If the Minority Leader or his designee announces that an amendment will not be offered there shall be an additional one hour of debate. Measure will be considered read. A specified amendment is in order.
